
The DLA Piper European Technology Leaders Summit will bring together business leaders in the European technology industry with counterparts responsible for shaping the regulatory and financial landscape, to discuss the key issues affecting growth of a world class technology industry in Europe. This invitation-only event follows the successful Global Technology Leaders Summits, convened by DLA Piper in Silicon Valley in 2008 and 2010.
Keynote speakers Lord Green, Minister of State for Trade and Investment, Lord George Robertson, Former NATO Secretary General and Senior International Adviser of Cable & Wireless, Fracesco Caio, CEO of Avio along with Dörte Höppner, Secretary-General of the European Private Equity and Venture Capital Association and Secretary Cohen, Former US Secretary of Defense and Chairman of the Cohen Group, will join other business and political leaders in providing insights into the opportunities and challenges facing today's European and Global technology industries.
Through keynote addresses, plenary and breakout panels, the summit will explore areas and issues presenting particular growth potential for the European technology market, including:
